Located 1500M above sea level, This fully washed Typica/Bourbon varietal is processed at the mill using the ‘Honey Process’ where the cherries have the skin removed and some
of the mucilage before drying.
The end result a complex cup providing a mix of smooth tropical fruit, chocolate and citrus making it wonderfully complex.
Perfectly suitable to be used on both pour over and espresso machines.
