From our latest arrival of fresh coffee lots, comes an offering that combines smooth caramel and chocolate notes and a delicate acidity brought to you by a washed
processed bean from Colombia.
These flavours are enhanced with the addition of the Costa Rican Grecia Honey,
adding body and smoothness to help balance the cofffee.
The addition of Guatemala Huehuetenango from the northern highlands adds distinct chocolate tones to the cup.
Whilst the inclusion of a small amount of Ethiopean Yirgacheffe brings a rich and
bright intensity and offers remarkable clarity and finish.
This Coffee is best served as a milk based coffee, or pour over.
