Using arabica beans sourced from Central America, Brazil, India and Papua New Guinea this perfectly balanced blend offers initial notes of light citrus followed by cocoa and carries sweet and nutty flavours.
A balance of natural and estate processed coffee, providing a medium soft bodied coffee with light acidity and residual sweetness.
The addition of Cerrado provides excellent balance of acidity, a medium body and semi-sweet caramel cup.
Using a combination of delicate, high grown Brazil estate coffee gives distinct dark cherry and cocoa notes.
A beautifully prepared washed process bean from Peru not only adds structure and body, but when accompanied with the washed process Papua New Guinea bean adds depth and balance to the cup.
Finally, the addition of some of Mexico's finest coffee completes this blend providing an aromatic coffee that is delicately roasted to provide a complex cup of coffee with a medium body and acidity.

processed bean from Colombia.
These flavours are enhanced with the addition of the Costa Rican Grecia Honey, adding body and smoothness to help balance the coffee.
The addition of Guatemala Huehuetenango from the northern highlands adds distinct chocolate tones to the cup.
Finally he inclusion of a small amount of Ethiopean Yirgacheffe brings a rich, bright intensity and offers remarkable clarity and finish.
